What We Support

What Is NOT Covered

  • Excessive device/IP misuse
  • VPN-related restrictions
  • Expired subscriptions

We do not control third-party streaming platform policies.

Replacement Requests

If your account becomes inaccessible during an active subscription:

  • You may request review for possible replacement.
  • Replacement is subject to policy verification.
  • User violations are not eligible for replacement.
  • Replacement may not always be instant and can be delayed in rare cases.

All decisions are made after internal review.
